The multiple day fishing package reservation deposit secures your hotel room reservation and locks in your fishing day. Recognizing that circumstances may change, we offer a flexible change and cancellation policy, providing full credit for any deposits made towards a future trip.
We collect Visa or MasterCard details upon reservation as a guarantee. Thirty-five percent (35%) of the total reservation cost, including taxes, is charged to the card 45 days before arrival. For reservations made within 30 days of arrival, the full amount must be paid due to the need for extensive pre-arrangements and bookings for the trip.
In the event of trip cancellation due to an emergency, you have the opportunity to rebook for a different date, with the deposit applied to the new date.
The balance is charged 30 days before your arrival to your Visa or MasterCard or can be settled through a bank transfer. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
A valid Visa or MasterCard is required to guarantee your reservation. You may choose to enter your credit card details on the forms provided via email or message, accessible on our website, or submit them through email or phone.
Additional charges may apply to certain hotel bar and restaurant meals, activities, and excursions for non-anglers. All applicable taxes are excluded. Dinner is not included, but breakfast is provided. Additionally, porter services are not included, and there is a charge of USD 1.00 per suitcase and USD 3.00 per luggage trolley.
